            Complainant owner of multiple vehicles filed C.C. No.357/2022 & C.C. No.361/2022 before this Commission. The relation between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and there is no element of deficiency in service as such complainant fails to make out a case and accordingly both the consumer complaint bearing No.357/2022 and 361/2022 are here by dismissed. No cost.
