Record is put up today on the strenght of advance petitionfiled by the complainant Advocate along with a petition for seeking withdrawal of the consumer complaint. Advocate for the complainant submits that the vehicle has been surrender to the opp.parties & he is not a condition to run the vehicle . Hard petition is allowed considering the facts & circumstances the complainant wants to withdraw the CC . Hence the consumer complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
