JUDGEMENT.

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non rectification of Aquaguard  water purify  machine  within warranty period  for which  the complainant (Legal heir)  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

During the course of hearing the complainant  is present before the Commission  in person and submitted that after receipt of notice  from this Commission the O.P. has replaced the Aquaguard  water purify  machine  with a new  one  but  the O.P. has not issued warranty  card  in support of supplied the above item.  The Complainant  prays the commission direct the  O.P. to issue  fresh  warranty   card  against the above product.

Heard.   Perused the  documents   filed  by the  parties.

As the O.P. has not issued fresh  warranty card  against the above product we observed there is deficiency  in service  and  gross   negligence  on the part of the O.P.   After   purchase any goods  issue of bill and warranty card  is mandatory.   But in this  case the O.P. has not issued warranty card   after installation of the above product  which is arbitrary  and whimsical.

Hence to meet the ends of justice the following order is passed.

                                ORDER

The  O.P. is directed to issue  fresh  warranty card against the product  i.e. Aquaguard  water purify  machine  in favour of the  complainant  with in  15  days from the  date of receipt of this order.

Accodingly the  case is closed. Parties are left to bear their own cost.

Copies of the order be served  on the parties free of cost  as per rule.
