      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.1,000/- towards subsidy amount due Rs.5,000/- towards mental agony and compensation,  Rs.500/- towards costs.

                                                              .  

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              complainant appeared in person and opposite party No.1 called absent and Sri I.V. Ramasastry, advocate for the opposite party No.2 and this Forum made the following:

Complainant called absent.  No representation.  Inspite of granted several adjournments, the complainant is not at all attending before this Forum to prosecute the matter.  The complainant is not evincing any interest  to proceed with the case though posted.  Finally no grounds to further  adjourn the matter.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed  for non-prosecution.  No costs.
