ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                 JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking not to repossess Tipper (LPK 2518/38 TC) bearing Regd. No.OD-21-4020 and to supply loan agreement and other documents etc. and pay compensation of Rs.16,50,000/-.

            Complainant took loan of Rs.10,11,155/- on 03.11.2016 to repay in 61 monthly EMI and working capitals therein 2021-22. Complainant failed to pay and violated the agreement for which on apprehension of repossession complainant has filed the consumer complaint seeking aforesaid relief. Complainant is a defaulter of loan as per agreement, relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and no deficiency on the part of opposite parties and period of contract/agreement is already over since 2021-22. Therefore we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
