Complainant is absent on repeated calls.

Today is fixed for hearing. Op raised strong objection for continuation of this proceeding even in absence of the complainant. In this connection, it is referred to that all necessary documentary evidence has already been submitted. Considering it the necessary order may be passed in final form.

Hd. and considered and perused the record. It appears that even on last occasion i.e. 08/07/2014 the complainant is found to have enjoyed further time on the plea of collection of necessary documents in order to support his own case.

This is very much surprising that the petition of complaint bears a branch of documents. Even so, the complainant is for further documents. The reason thereof is not satisfactory and no valid ground appears before us for continuation of the proceeding against the Ops.

Under the facts and circumstances, the case should be dismissed.

Hence,

            It is ordered,
