Today is fixed for admission hearing.

The complainant is absent on repeated calls. None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken.

On scrutiny it appears that the complainant has filed this Consumer Complaint on 21.06.2024 and the matter was fixed on 08.07.2024 for admission hearing and on that date the complainant remained absent and the instant complaint  was fixed on 11.07.2024 for appearance of the complainant and for admission hearing and on that date also the complainant remained absent without taking any steps. The complainant is also found absent today even on second call.

On perusal of bank documents it reveals that the said documents are not legible at all even no original document is furnished by the complainant today to tally the same.  It is evident that the complainant fails to take steps in spite of several opportunities and 21 days from the date of filing of the instant Consumer Complaint is over and as such we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint in its present form and rejected accordingly.

However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action covering up the above, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
