The complainant has filed the instant complaint case for compensation and return of original deed of mortgaged property on the principal ground that he took agricultural loan of Rs.60000/-that entire loan amount was paid to the OP Bank authority in terms of settlement with the Bank. But inspite of repayment of such loan amount the Bank authority did not return the Title Deed to the complainant.

          Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Seen the Xerox copies of documents. It appears that Credit Card/Pass Book no. 01572080397 dtd. 14.10.2009 (annexure P-1, Xerox copy) for the year 2009 does not tally with the remaining portion of the said annexure(last sheet) with regard to transaction from 01.02.2006 to 09.06.2009 as the said last sheet possesses different Pass Book no. i.e. 11898821025 and the last but one of the sheet of the annexure P-1 related to transaction upto 2006.

          There is no paper to show with regard to sanction of alleged loan and payment of any such alleged loan. No paper is produced to show that Deed in question is lying with the custody of the OP Bank.

          Whether the Bank is to return any document (if alleged to have been produced there) Bank action or inaction with regard to return of the same does not come within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act.

          Under such circumstances, this petition of complaint is rejected and thus this complaint case is dismissed.
