O.P. files hajira through Ld. Lawyer. Complainant are absent without step. They are found absent on second call. No S/C is filed by the complainants in compliance with the last order dt.21/01/2016. We find that on the previous date the complainants were also absent without step. It is now 12.35 pm. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. She prays for dismissal of the case with cost. Considered. 

In the above circumstances we have no reason to believe that the complainants have lost their interest to proceed with the case further. Hence the case deserves dismissal.

Hence it is 

ORDERED

that the case stands dismissed for non-prosecution/default but without cost. 

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
