Ld. Advocate on behalf of the Complainant is present and Complainant is present in person. Both parties have agreed to settle their dispute amicable.

So, the OP has credited the amount of Rs.21,764/- in his account. Today Complainant files bank account of statement and with his Aadhar Card being No.948839084418 and identified by his Ld. Advocate. Ld. Advocate on behalf of the Complainant files a petition stating inter alia that the amount has been credited in his account on 4^th September, 2024 by the O.Ps.

No claim shall be kept as due against the O.Ps i.e. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd.

No order as to cost.

Accordingly, the case is disposed of on consent.

Hence, it is

Ordered

            That the complaint case No. CC/40/2024 be and the same is hereby disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
