File taken up today on an application filed by Counsel for the Complainant for put the file and withdraw the present complaint. Statement of Sh.Balwinder Sharma, Complainant in Person along with Counsel Sh.Avinash Kumar, Advocate recorded that today he has received a Demand Draft bearing No.240378 dated 28.05.2021 drawn on HDFC Bank in the name of Balwinder Sharma amounting to Rs.45,500/- against full and final settlement against all claims of the present complaint filed against the Opposite Parties. He does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the complainant in Person along-with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
