Complainant not present and not represented also, but one petition is seen filed in the office and it perused, it reveals that the complainant sought permission to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint. Since it is objected by opposite party the request of the complainant allowed on cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the opposite party and the complaint is closed with liberty to file fresh complaint.
