Today is fixed for SR and appearance by the O.Ps. SR showing service of notice upon the O.Ps., has not yet been received. None appears from the side of the O.Ps. The complainant files a petition supported by affidavit has prayed to permit him to withdraw the case stating inter-alia that the matter in dispute has already been settled amicably in between the parties out of Forum and as such the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further and wants to withdraw the case.
The ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient. Hence, it is
Ordered
that the application to withdraw the complaint filed on 02.09.2016 by the complainant is allowed. Accordingly, the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.
The case is thus disposed of on withdrawal.
Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
