                The complainant  files a memo stating therein that the O.P. has paid the amount a sum of Rs.2,000/- in shape of cash to the complainant  which  are compromised  out of court in the presence of the  gentleman.  Hence the  complainant  prayed to drop the case  as he does not want to proceed the case further with this case.

          We  perused the memo and documents filed by the complainant and  heard from the parties.  In view  of the above submission of the complainant, the complaint is hereby closed  as the complainant is not interest to proceed the case  further.

          Accordingly the case is closed. Parties are left bear their own cost.
