            This complaint is filed by Geetha. K, W/o. Prasad, Souparnika, Near Sub Court, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad against The Manager, Sreeram Transport Finance Company Ltd, Mymoon Building, Near LIC Office, Calicut Road, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad and Sreeram Transport Finance Company Ltd, 101-105, 1^st Floor, B Wing, Shiv Chambers, Sector-II, CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400614 under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

            2.  All disputed issues were talked over and settled between the Complainant and the Opposite Parties in the Mediation.  A Mediation agreement duly signed by the Parties reducing the terms and conditions into writing was executed.  We are satisfied that the said settlement in mediation is free and voluntarily and also within the legal frame work.  Hence the Mediation Agreement is accepted and recorded.

In the result, Consumer Case is closed as settled.  Mediation Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Pronounced in the Open Commission on this the 30^th day of November 2024.
