This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to apologize for all the inconvenience caused to the complainant, to repair the bike at free of cost, to refund a sum of Rs.9,867/- spent by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony etc with cost of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
