The complainant has filed a petition supported by affidavit praying for permission to withdraw the present case with a liberty to sue afresh.

           Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld.Lawyer for the complainant. It appears to us that there are some technical defects in the present petition of complaint. As a result of which the case may fail. So the complainant must get an opportunity to sue afresh after rectifying the defects. Accordingly for the ends of justice the petition is considered and allowed.

            Hence, it is

That the Consumer Case no.04/2018 be and the same is withdrawn with a liberty to the complainant to sue afresh on the self same cause of action within the period of limitation. The case is thus disposed off.

              Let a free copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost. The original documents if any be returned to the complainant on proper verification and receipt. Let the extra sets be also returned to the complainant.
