This case record is placed before the monthly Consumer (Upobhokta) Lok Adalat.

Both sides are found ready.

As per submission of the ld. Advocates of both sides the disputes involved in this case have already been settled amongst the parties and ops, Shriram General Insurance Company Limited shall issue NOC within 15 days.

As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled in between the parties and the complainant is also willing to dispose of this case through Lok Adalat just by getting NOC from the op Insurance Company, Judges of Consumer (Upobhokta) Lok Adalat have no reason to stand on their way.

that this case no. C.C. 121 of 2019 be and the same is disposed of as it has been settled between the parties.

Op is directed to hand over the NOC within 11.10.2022 otherwise complainant shall get liberty to execute this order as per law.
