This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

No representation for Complainant till 3.20 p.m inspite of posted today as last chance to file his proof affidavit.  Complainant also called absent till then. In spite of 15 hearing time given to file proof affidavit of Complainant and to also posted to file the proof affidavit as last chance, the failed to file the same establishes  as that the Complaint is not interested in prosecuting the Complaint. Hence the Complaint is dismissed for default for non filing of proof affidavit and non prosecution. No costs.

                 Pronounced by us on this 03rd  day of March 2017.
