Contd… Order No.3 dated 13/04/2023
Record is put up again at 2.48 P.M.
Neither the complainant nor his Ld. Advocate is found present on calls.
On perusal of the record we find that nowhere in the complaint application it has been mentioned by the complainant that he runs business with commercial vehicle for his livelihood on self employment.
That apart we do not find any allegation on deficiency in service against the opposite parties.
We are of opinion that the complainant is not a consumer in terms of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The application lacks merits, stands dismissed.
