Learned advocate for the complainant is present. Heard the advocate on the matters of admission. We also peruse the case record on perusal of the case record, it revels that the complainant had filed a C.C No. 27/08 and order was passed in favour of the complainant subsequent due to non-complinance of order the complainant prefered an Ex-Application its No.EA14/10 and the JDr/Op complied the order which the ex-application was closed under these cirucet on case we are not include to admit the case of the complainat which has been filed on some court of oction against the some opp.parties.

        Hence, the instant consumer complainant starts dismissed.
