JUDGEMENT

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for non transfer of amount in shape of online an amount of Rs. 3,295/- on Dt.11.9.2017 from SBI account No. 11666795475 Kasipur Branch  to Sri Gouri Kumar Patra, Andhra Bank, Rayagada bearing account No.47110100022878   for which  the complaint  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the O.P. appeared through their learned counsel and defend the case.

On the strength of an advance  petition filed by the complainant, who presently  present and filed a memo submitting  that the O.P. has already  paid/credited the amount which  has been not credited to the proper account No. as desired  by  me for technical defective of machinery. The error has been occurred  & the Bank  Manager sort out the problem & credited the amount to his account and settled the  dispute for which he had prayed  for a relief before this forum, as the dispute already settled by the O.P. Bank Manager, he wants to with draw the complaint & not wants proceed further. Heard him. Considering his facts and circumstances of the case the case deserves to be closed.

According the case is closed. The proof of identity  acknowledge herewith .
