                        As per our interim order dt.11.03.2016 the complainant has deposited the loan amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Opp.Party No.1  on 19.03.2016 and the interim order was carried out by the O.p No.4 on 19.03.2016 but  did not release the vehicle. In the mean time the Opp.Party No.1 has filed a copy of   order of the Hon’ble State Commission vide R.P. No.20 of 2016 wherein the Hon’ble State Commission has stayed the order dt.11.03.16  till  next date. Since the O.P No.1 has preferred appeal before the State Commission, Cuttack,   the Opp. No.1 is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-   in the account of the President, Dist. CDR Forum , Rayagada which was deposited by the complainant to the Opp.No.1 with immediate effect.
