JUDGEMENT

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non rectification of mobile set  within the warranty period  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On the date of hearing on admission the complainant has filed a memo stating that the service centre  has rectified the defects of the above mobile set.    Hence, he prays the forum   kindly be closed the case as  he does not want to proceed the case further  and the complainant  does  not have any  further claim  and not   to proceed   in the above case.
