This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.100/- towards charges paid to courier company by the complainant  and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost to the complainant.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  The complainant is called absent for a long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.
