Complainant not present. For the last two postings also complainant not present. Hence a Registered notice was sent to complainant for appearance and steps. That notice served to the complainant on 12.10.2015. Thereafter also complainant not appeared before the Forum and not represented also. Hence the Forum of the opinion that it is an abuse of process of law. Hence the complaint is dismissed on compensatory cost Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Legal Aid Fund. The complainant is directed to deposit Rs.500/- before the Forum under the head of 'Legal Aid Fund' within one month from the date of receipt of this Order.
