                      This  C.C.Case No.59 of 2023 is taken up today for order at the admission stage. Perused the record and so also the order sheet available on record. The complainant namely Kamala kanta Nayak  filed this Consumer Complaint case against the  above said O.Ps  on dated 23.03.2023 due to mental agony and financial harassment caused by the O.Ps . Many dates have gone since dated 23.03.2023 and even this Commission intimated to the complainant to appear in person before this Commission for the purpose of proper relief or produced any relevant documents as soon as possible, but neither the complainant present personally nor produced any relevant documents till dated 27.10.2023. In facts , the complainant had not took any steps to proceed with the case in admission stage and even to issue a notice in the name of the above said O.Ps. After several opportunity, the complainant remained silent till today and it seems that the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further. In the light of above  discussion, the complaint petition is to be rejected  due to non-cooperation of the complainant.

Hence the present C.C.Case is hereby dismissed  due to non-prosecution at the time of admission stage.

Accordingly, the C.C.Case No.59/2023 is disposed of.
