Sri P.K.Patra  learned counsel for the  O.P. appeared before the forum on  behalf of the O.P. and  submitted   2  No.  of  cheques  bearing No.317761 Dt.7.8.2015 and No.657405 Dt.12.8.2015  a sum of Rs.30,346.00 and Rs.20,070/-  respectively  total  amount  a sum of  Rs.50,416/- which the complainant has claimed  deposited amount  along with interest &   vehemently advanced arguments.

                The complainant appeared  in person before the forum  and received the cheques from the forum with due acknowledgement  and filed  a  memo not to  proceed further in this case.  The complainant received the cheque with  his full  satisfaction and does not like to further proceed with this complaint.  Heard.   The Memo is allowed. Accordingly the case is dropped.
