Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant stated that the instant case has been filed against the Manager, Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Bishnupur Branch and against the agent of the said co. but without adding the head office of the Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd as a party, the proper adjudication should not be possible and as such prayer for addition of O.P. no.3 as Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Ltd., Mumbai – 400063.

We have heard the petition, considered and allowed.  Amend the cause title of the ca se.  Requisites be filed within seven days and issue the notice accordingly.  Thus the Misc. Case no.13 / 2018 be and the same is disposed of.

Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. no.1 appears today with Vokalatnama and prays for vacating the exparte order.  Prayer is considered and allowed.  The exparte order is vacated.  The O.P. no.1 also prays for time for W.V. prayer is allowed.
