The Complainant present, along with his counsel and filed Memo along with letter of satisfaction addressed to Opposite party No. 2 where in it is stated that he (complainant) received new XPERIA Model ST2112 cell phone piece from Opposite party No.2. In the Memo it is stated that the parties compromised the matter outside the Forum and requested to dismiss the complaint as compromised outside Forum. Hence this complaint is dismissed as compromised outside the Forum. No costs.
