ORDER

Counsel for the OP states that the OP is ready to waive off the  bill amount of Rs.1456/-. This offer of the OP is acceptable to the counsel for the counsel for the complainant.   In this regard they have appended a note on the complaint itself respectively.

                   In view of the above compromise between the parties, the  OP is directed to waive off the bill amount of Rs.1456/-  of the complainant.  Now the Op shall not send any further bill of the connection in question.  The complainant shall apply for the disconnection of the connection and refund of the security amount.  On receipt of such request the Op shall cancel the connection and refund the security amount. In case of non- compliance of the order by the OP within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order, it shall  pay Rs.100/- per day to the complainant from the date of this order till  compliance of the order.  ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
