                    Complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint due to not proper jurisdiction but request has been made for seeking permission to seek remedy from proper Court/Forum.

                   In view of the statement of  complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
