             Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, after removing the technical defect, the complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint in this Commission with the condition, in the fresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate.  File be consigned to records.
