Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering amended title by the complainant but neither complainant nor his counsel nor his any representative appeared before the Commission till 12:50 P.M. inspite of repeated calls. On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that complainant is not tendering the amended title for the last four dates i.e. 29.09.2022, 14.10.2022, 03.11.2022 & 15.11.2022 and on the previous date of hearing i.e. 15.11.2022, neither complainant nor his counsel bothered to appear before the Commission and in the interest of justice, one opportunity was afforded to complainant for today for tendering the amended title but today also none bothered to pursue the complaint. However in the interest of justice, file be again put up after lunch break.

                   Case called at 4.00 P.M. but this time also neither complainant nor any representative on his behalf appeared before the Commission to pursue his case, wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
