COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AS AMENDED UPTO DATE

Present:-      Sh. Manoj K. Panchal, Advocate, for the Complainant.

 

                   Today the complaint is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. During Consideration, the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant, seeking liberty to file it afresh.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh, before the Appropriate Authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
