This Execution Application is filed by the complainant u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986.

                       

                        Hearing suo motu advanced. Received the Bankers cheque for Rs.10,800/- (Rupees ten thousand and eight hundred only) inclusive of the accrued interest for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only)  from the respondent under Registered post. The amount due under the order is fully satisfied.  Execution proceedings are terminated.  The Bankers cheque No is.116559, Dt.11.12.2014, issued by the State Bank of India, Nagapattinam.
