Record is placed before the Lok Adalat as per order dated 06.12.2023 for settlement of the matter.
Both the parties are present with their Ld. Advocates. A petition is filed for the OPs stating that the OPs intend to settle the matter of Rs.90,000/- and if the complainant is agreed to pay the said amount in that case the matter may be settled. It is also in the petition that the NOC will be issued within 15 days from the date of this order. The complainant has agreed with the proposal of the OP Co. and an endorsement “the complainant agrees with the proposal of the settled amount of Rs.90,000/- and the complainant will pay the amount by 18.12.2023 and will have the NOC from the OP within 15 days from the date of the order” is made by the complainant to that effect at the left hand margin of the petition filed by the OP today.
