It has been submitted by the Sri Rupesh Chethi claimant himself on junior of Advocate Vikash Lohani of Siliguri Court that under instruction Advocate on record as will of the complainant the instance application has been filed both the party amicable settle the dispute. Now the complainant has no grievance against the O.P.
