JUDGEMENT

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for non execute the sale deed  in respect of all the scheme holders  with regard to their individual sites in the lay out area and register the same in the names of respective scheme holders  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

The learned counsel for the complainant has submitted   a memo regarding their dispute with O.Ps settled out of court and dispute solved  among themselves and the complainant personally present with him and stated that, he does not want to proceeds with  this case. Further  as the litigation amicably settled between the complainant and O.Ps. Hence prayed to close the present C.C. case against the O.Ps.

Heard. Perused the document and memo filed by the parties.  Memo is allowed. Accordingly the  case is closed as not pressed by the complainant.
