In the result, the complainant is partly allowed the opposite parties are jointly or severely to repay the policy amount of Rs.10, 200/- with 12 percentage interest to the complainant from the date of 7.4.2012 till date of realization and opposite parties are directed to pay a compensation of Rs.25, 000/- with 12 percentage interest from the date of order till date of realization and cost of Rs.5, 000/-
