Order dt.16/05/2007 The complaint is allowed. The O.P.No.1-Insurance Company is directed to reimburse the vehicle repair charges to the complainant with Rs.1000/- as damages and Rs.1000/- as cost of the proceedings with in 60 days from the date of receipt of this order.
