ORDER

Order dt.28/10/2004 The complaint is allowed. The Surveyor has assessed the loss at Rs.1,20,450/-. Therefore we directed the O.P. to pay Rs.1,20,450/- and to pay 10% interest till the final payment is made to the complainant.
