            The  present dispute arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non refund of mobile price.  

 

            The complainant  filed a  memo and submitted  that the O.Ps have rectified the defects of the Oppo  mobile set   regarding the mobile battery back  up, hanging and automatic restart.  So the  complainant satisfied  with the service given by the  O.Ps with full and final satisfaction  and filing of  the above C.C. case  and  prays  the forum kindly close the case  as he does not want to proceed the case further.

 

            Heard from the complainant. Perused the memo. Memo is allowed.

 

            Accordingly the case  is disposed off.
