Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant in view of order no.8 dt.13.5.2024.

Complainant side is found absent.  OP side is found present.  It is now 12.15 p.m on call complainant is found absent.  Nobody appears for the complainant. No  show cause has been filed by the complainant.  It appears from the case record that complainant was found absent even on the earlier date (13.5.2024).  The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  Under this position this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly,

That this complaint case being no.186/2023 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
