Today is fixed for filing postal receipt and TR by the complainant failing which necessary order as per law.

Ld. Advocate for the op, bank authority appeared and has filed a petition for setting aside ex parte order.

W/V has also been filed.

Complainant is found absent when this matter is taken up for consideration initially at 12:25 pm and thereafter at 1:50 pm no steps has been taken by the complainant.

In compliance of this District Commission’s order no postal receipt and TR had been filed. This matter is clearly indicating that the complainant has violated the direction of this District Commission.

In view of this position, this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case.

In the result,

it is accordingly

ordered

thatthis complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of District Commission’s order.

No order is passed as to costs.
