Today the instant case is fixed for passing necessary order in respect of M.A application filed by the complainant.

In the said M.A application the complainant prayed for amendment of complaint petition as stated therein.
It is seen from the said petition that the complainant erroneously written the address of the O.P No:2 in the complaint petition and prays for inserting new address of the O.P No: 2 in lieu thereof in the cause title of the case.
The amendment sought for is formal one and the nature and character of the case shall not be changed if the amendment is allowed.
Therefore, the prayer of the complainant is considered and allowed.
The address of the O.P No: 2 be deleted and new address as provided in the application be inserted in the cause title.
Office is directed to amend the cause title of the complaint petition.
The complainant is directed to file amended version of complaint on the next date fixed.
The M.A application is allowed and accordingly it is disposed of.
