Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Op is found present and ready.

Complainant is found absent and prayed time in the matter of filing show cause. The prayer for adjournment is not moved by the complainant when this matter is taken up for consideration at 11:55 am.

After going through the materials of the case record it is found that the complainant is not filing any evidence on affidavit inspite of getting four opportunities for which the order of filing show cause has been passed by this District Commission.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In view of such position this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result it is accordingly

ordered

that the complaint case being no. 52 of 2023 be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
