This order is arising out of the MA being no-65/2018 in the CC no-211/2017 filed by the Complainant praying for appointment of an expert for getting expert opinion or refer the matter in dispute to any National Electronic Laboratory.

Today the complainant has put not-pressed on the margin of the instant application stating that he is not inclined to proceed with the said application.

In view of such endorsement made by the complainant on margin of the application, hence the application be dismissed for non-prosecution and as not-pressed.

It is ordered that the MA being no-65/2018 is hereby dismissed as not-pressed.

As the MA is dismissed hence fix 10.05.2019 for adducing evidence by the complainant as a last chance.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per the Provision of the CPR, 2005.
