Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant. Complainant side has not taken any steps even at 12.45 p.m. when this matter is taken up for consideration. No show cause has been filed. It appears from the case record that complainant has not taken any steps for last 02 dates which is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. However in view of this position this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case for non prosecution.
