It appears that complainant is absent since a long. Show cause notice was issued upon the complainant.

It reflect that the postal envelope reflect that the complainant was found absent inspite of repeated attempts. Thats why the notice was sent to this office.

No show cause has been filed by the complainant inspite of repeated direction for hearing of admission of the case.

The The conduct of complainant seems to us that he is not at all interested to proceed the case further. So it seems an order of dismissal.
